FLO is a Process Management Solution to Design, Model, Impement, Optimise and Automate business and technical processes throughout the Organisation.
FLO allow a Network operator to create processes with drag and drop boxes and then associate those FLO diagrams with input fields.
Add logic, Responsibilities, escalation, data lookups, notification, and a few more things to the mix and you have a fully functional FLO process.
The key benefit of FLO is its integration into multiple data sources. Data can be extracted from any source and used in the FLO processes. It can also be written back to any destination via multiple API and database interfaces.

Site Plan Inputs
- Rollout of sites start with a budgetary figure with only quantity of sites
- Possible bill of material templates can be used, but final hardware is not yet available at this stage
- Both Upgrades and new site projects run concurrently in various regions

- Marketing need constant feedback of progress


Candidate Search
- Allow to send candidate lat/long to SiteSurv where detail for each candidate including images of potential sites could be added
- Various dropdowns could be presented for easy reference
- Multiple sites could be added from Planning
- New potential sites could be added from SiteSurv
- Images, contact detail, and site information can all be captured timeously.
- Final Candidate can be selected from various criteria e.g. price, location etc.
Order Equipment
- From planning, various bill of material templates can be used to group equipment requests
- These request can then go to procurement for ordering
- Tracking on availability on equipment against planned equipment can be done
- Sites allocated can be a planned site without a physical location, location can be added later in the process
- Equipment can be linked to projects
- New potential sites could be added from SiteSurv
- Images, contact detail, and site information can all be captured timeously.
- Final Candidate can be selected from various criteria e.g. price, location etc.


Warehouse Management
- Once the equipment is received in the warehouse, serial number tracking could be added
- This equipment could then be available for selection from Project management for a specific site
- Demand forecasting can be done with project integration as each site will be its own mini-project automatically rolled up into a project report
Goods Issued
- Equipment issued against a site can be tracked with SiteSurv
- This same instance, can also track progress with installation and even allow for assets to be swapped to a different site if needed


Goods Deploy
- Final As-Build can be captured in SitesSurv
- Images for each Asset can be added and cross-correlated from planning
- Snag lists could be incorporated with text comment option on each field
- Snag lists can be managed separately
- Full reporting of progress
Capitalised
- Final product list and serial numbers can be available for Capitalization
- Differences between deploy and issue can be tracked
- Equipment not used can be returned to the warehouse
- Full reporting of progress
